"The entire staff knows my 20 month old daughter by name. She is completely comfortable with the front staff and the teachers. They all do everything possible to make you comfortable with leaving your child. I get daily updates on food, diaper changes, pictures, nap times, and school activities and news. If you have an issue, just talk to the director or manager and they investigate and resolve immediately without judgement or ill will."

"Our experience with the school has been ok. The overall school staff is kind, flexible, and responsive. However, our experience with our child's teachers has been disappointing. Our expectation is to have the teacher teach but unfortunately our child's teachers barely do any educational or development type of activities. We've seen one of the teachers just watch the children while they play or browse the ipad. Not to be harsh, but it almost seems like she's just babysitting the children but not really interested in having the children participate in activities. There have also been times when we expected the teachers to be a little more nurturing. We've seen our child cry excessively via the cameras and the teacher attempting to calm them for a couple of minutes and then just walk away. As a parent, I would expect them to keep trying different things to sooth the child before just giving up. As nice as the teachers may be, they aren't meeting expectations."
