"Overall okay. The admin people are not very friendly/personable in my opinion. Most of the time there is no one at the front when I drop my child off. The door that is suppose to be locked between the front and the children is broken and has been for the past three months. One of the reasons a we picked this school was the security measures. It is a big safety concern for me. No idea when it is going to be fixed either."

"Our experience has been mediocre, which is why we will start a new school next month and not consider CC for our other child. Ultimately, I believe my child has been in an environment that has been nurturing and provided some educational content, but the lack of communication (about the center in general and my child), and ultimately, the fact that we are not confident in how well our child has been prepared going forward are reasons we have looked elsewhere. Again, we told the director this a few times and were never asked why- while I know this is a business, I was shocked there wasn't at least some interest in trying to determine why a family who has been with the center from almost the beginning was interested in leaving. I have recommended the center before- I only provide this feedback in hopes that certain things will change going forward."

"Wonderful experience. We have been so pleased with Children’s courtyard and are so happy we choose this daycare. The entire staff of teachers and management treat our son like their own. I can leave him there and not worry about if he will has his needs met all times. I highly recommended the children’s Courtyard in prosper to all friends and family."

"Overall, poor. We were there 2 months. Our toddler didn’t have a good experience. She came home saying the “n” word in the worse context— unacceptable and we don’t say it home. She told us that she learned it from school. However, the director did take action immediately but never found out where it came from. The preschool has a lot of kids including 2 special needs. I think it’s great they have a class for special needs but It’s a lot on the teachers and doesn’t allow them to spend equal one on one time with all the kids. Unfortunately, I also observed a teacher grab and throw our toddler onto the cot during nap time. I immediately went to the school to discuss with director and same day withdrew both kids. We haven’t received an update yet. I noticed the teacher was pulled into the directors office but not sure of status. We have requested a copy of the video to determine next steps. Our 7 month old teachers appeared to be good. Always welcoming and he smiled when he saw them."

"School is in a great location and always clean. The teachers are amazing and love our kiddo very much. They truly care about his well being and he smiles so big each day we drop him off. My main concern is the safety issue of the door not requiring a code to enter the infant hallway. Also, we haven’t had the most pleasant experiences with the employees at the front desk."
