"Alexia is very good at communicating with me and my child. The director always address concerns i have promptly. MsJackie is very good with my son but still a work in process. overall im very happy when i see my son look forward to going to his big school.He seems to enjoy it there."

"I like my child teachers. But summer program was unorganized. Kids were not getting the most out of field trips due to teachers being late or unorganized. Kids sat around bored with not much to do. it improved once new manager came. And area was rearranged and made nicer. Few issues with payments/system used. Need better Payment system. Also would be nice to receive information before hand regarding how much it will be for childcare when schools out /holiday but daycare is still open. I shouldn't have to call to get this information. Due to convenience and fact that I have already paid annual school fee my child is still there."

"I was very impressed. The assistant director went above and beyond with her presentation. Her love and passion for the school was obvious. Fresh paint on the wall would make the building look 10 times better. Other than that, no complaints."

Our child's immediate teacher is disrespectful to the children. We have witnessed her pulling our child and others by the arm as well as being impatient...they are 2, have patients. We pay way too much for someone to physically handle our child like that. We also pay too much for our child to simply watch tv. I don't care if it's educational content. Because of the lack of concern shown to our child by his immediate teacher as well as the director, we have decided to change schools."

Although infrequent, lack of communication or excusing occurrences due to not having enough staff or our children acting out feels like money matters more than care delivered.
