"Lately they have been VERY short staffed. I’m not sure what’s going on but having 1 teacher in a toddler class of 12-13 kids, is too much for one person. It seems like there’s no structure in place, they’re just winging it at this point. They are not getting the attention they need, they’re not learning anything. They don’t get enough time to eat their lunch. They just like to take them outside, rush them to eat for 10-12 mins max and then throw them on their cots to sleep for over 3 hours. They’re babies they need time to eat and digest their food properly and not be rushed, they don’t have enough time to drink out of cups, I witnessed my child teacher take the cup right out of hand while drinking and that was really upsetting because I would NEVER take my child cup while drinking and then expect them to sleep for 3 hours or more I don’t understand why they have to sleep for so long, that throws their schedule off when they get home. "

"My son has attended this school since 3 mths old. Ms Valerie was his first teacher and she relieved all of my nerves. She was so warm and welcoming. I got to know Ms Channon, Ms Heather, Ms Miracle, Ms Tiffany who were all wonderful with my son during early learning. My son now has Mrs CeCe as his primary teacher and she is also wonderful. He has been learning so much in her class. I just am disappointed with the lack of administrative workers. The teachers are getting overworked and over used and many are starting to get tired and leave. I think more administrative workers need to be hired who are focused and willing to help this school continue to thrive. There needs to be a better hiring process for the teachers, where thorough background checks are performed. Hearing of some teachers abusing kids is unacceptable. If proper amount of administrative workers are hired, then they can deal with making sure the school is running optimally and allow the teachers to actually teach and do what they do best."

"Due to COVID they’ve changed their hours, furthermore on June 1st implemented a strict drop off time policy which leaves a 2 hr drop off window. Arrived at the center at 10am and they refused my child. Very inconsiderate during these COVID times when families are already dealing with so much. This place is by far the most expensive compared to others in the area and for nothing. Tuition for my Potty Trained 3 y.o. Is $169/week. They HAVE NOT lived up to their promises and expectations. You DO NOT get daily updates on Bright Wheel App! While you can view cameras on Watch Me Grow App, the cameras are positioned in places where you cannot see key areas in the room. Homework is no longer assigned. They appear to be Extremely under staffed."

"When my child first started attending this school I was very pleased but now everything has changed No one is ever at the front desk.It seems as though they may be short of staff.Anytime I have a questions no can give me answer teacher nor front staff.Teacher couldn’t even explain what they are teaching the kids in the class room"

"The Management is horrible! They have no idea what they do including the Area Manager. Liars and avoid taking responsibility. While teachers are great overall, they have a rotation on the Management team with no experience and no skills to talk with parents. I will not recommend this Daycare unless they change the Management team for a total new team. They really need to do that urgently. "

"The school has positives and opportunities for growth. The classroom sizes are way too big. Way too expensive. The curriculum is okay but not enough opportunities to really grow kids individually. Too many kids and too many different teachers. This type of inconsistency is not good for the classroom environment or for any young child."
