Shipping to Australia can be prohibitive. CDCO uses flat rate boxes and will pack them full to maximize value.

Over a number of orders the only trouble was to do with the Austrailian Post Office and CDCO worked with me to sort out the problem.

"Beware! I ordered a few items from them. Got all but one. Was told it would be delivered in one week. Then 2 weeks. Then next Thursday. ect. After 2 months, I asked for a refun, A half dozen times. He responded once and asked me to drive 5 hours to pick up my item. had to file a chargeback with the cc."

"Cheap prices, horrible service, won't return money.

My wife inadverently double orderd an item (5c collets). In addition a reamer set contained a duplicate sized reamer.

I emailed several times asking for an RMA for the collets and exchange of the incorrect reamer. All went unanswered.

When I phoned I was told to send the collets and wrong reamer back, they didn't want to know my name or order number.

I returned the merchandise with a letter detailing the return with my name and order number.

I followed up a month later with more emails that were not replied to. I have also called them, each time they seem to have no knowledge and assure me they will call me back. They have never done so.

At this point I'm out almost $200.

I would advise staying away from this merchant."
