"I placed an order on the cdfixers.com website, and then mailed in my scratched Xbox 360 disc along with the purchase order on March 04, 2014. I waited a week, then checked the order status on cdfixers.com. It says Awaiting Fulfillment. I waited another week, still nothing. On March 15, I sent them a message through their contact form asking if my disc has been received. It's 4/1 and I have heard nothing back from them at all. So now the game disc is gone. Before I placed the order, I read reviews online and everything seemed to check out fine and that this was a great service. Well, in my case my game disc is gone and I lost money. I would have been better off trading in the scratched game disc at Game Stop to buy a new one. "

"I sent a disc in that had a minor read error on it. It was a BluRay. I was hoping they could clean it and maybe it would fix the minor error. Should note the movie was 99% watchable just had a bad read at a certain point. Which caused a small hiccup but the movie continued.

I sent the disc in. And it came back with a HUGE mark around the disc making it 100% UNREADABLE. I put up a not satisfied review. And the admin deleted it. So you will never see a negative review on there website. Support never responded for days. And when they did he offered to check the disc again. But hasn't responded for a week since then. Avoid them at all cost. If they make the disc worse. They will ignore it and not even attempt to fix it.

UPDATE.......
Support finally contacted me. They told me to send the disc back in to look at it. They sent me a FALSE address. USPS returned the disc to me with an unknown location sticker.
