"We don't use a tremendous amount of product, but every so often I need glossy print labels. Here recently, I thought I needed some for a project, but then discovered I still had enough from a previous run. I had always gotten these paper products from Neato and thus got all my DVDs and CDs there too. As a long time customer, I always got 20% off, but they were located back East and it took awhile for shipping. then they went busted and bought out by someone else who did not have the customer data. (No more 20% either.)
I love the fact that you are in State and can provide all my media needs. But your limited stock of paper labels causes me a dilemma as to who to use. I don't want Neato to disappear, but doubt that my needs will help them much either.
So long story short, I like the short order time, but wish you could get there paper products."
