"I needed 100 DVD copies. I emailed back and forth with a sales consultant who I feel wasn't working in my best interest. I would quote something verbatim from the CDROM2GO website, and he had a really sketchy explanation why it was incorrect. The short story was that their turnaround was not what it was represented to be, and I had to pay for 2nd day air to get my discs in time. Ultimately, I did not need the $89 2nd day air, and the discs arrived in plenty of time. My consultant was just a jerk - IMHO."
