"Don't be fooled by all the glitter... behind it all is a support staff who will ignore you if you have issues. I have been waiting 24 hours for my activation details - and counting. I have repeatedly requested help but so far I have received very little. They responded to me over an hour after my first query, which still did not contain the required account details and then an hour and a half after that with, "YOU WILL RECEIVE ACCOUNT DETAILS" - all in upper case as if shouting and annoyed that I would be asking them to give me what I paid for! The worst customer support ever. I ran my own computer business for over 12 years and if I treated my customers the way CDKeyHouse treats theirs, I would have been out of business in my first year!
