"I intended to buy an item from CE Showroom at a quantity of 3. Website showing this would be an easy to fill order. After declining my initial payment due to "not having the ability to verify the account with the bank," I was able to call in and get the payment processed. Only to receive another email from CE Showroom apologizing for again not being able to process my order because now it seems the item I requested is out of stock and it would take up to 2 weeks for me to receive my order. No attempt to accept fault other than "these mistakes happen." Unfortunately my business cannot wait 2 weeks because of CE Showrooms inability to properly handle its inventory or its customer service. I had to request a full refund and purchase my items from another vendor. Who not only made sure they were shipped same day, but also price matched my item for my troubles. Perfect examples of proper customer service and inventory management. Will not be using CE Showroom ever again nor referring anyone to them in the future."
