WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

"BOX ARRIVED DAMAGED, AND SPEAKER HAD ONE OF THE BOTTOM WHEELS CRUSHED. I FIXED THE CRUSHED WHEEL BY REPLACING IT WITH A DIFFERENT SUPPORT. DOESN'T ROLL ANYMORE, BUT IT WORKS FOR ME. SELLER DID NOT PUT ANY STYROFOAM PACKING MATERIALS AROUND THE SPEAKER AT ALL, AND SHIPPED IT WITH JUST THE CARDBOARD BOX. NO SURPRISE IT WAS DAMAGED. SELLER ALSO FAILED TO INCLUDE THE REMOTE TOO. WHEN CALLED ABOUT THE REMOTE, THEY PROMISED TO SEND IT ALONG. SLOPPY ON THE SHIPPING SIDE, BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RESPONSIVE. "

Late to ship then sent without tracking number

"A week past with out being shipped, I sent an email and the response was they had sold over 300 units and the item would be shipped in a few days with tracking number. A few days later to my surprise it arrived and why was I surprised, because I was sent no tracking number. I guessed that's what should expect when you get free shipping."
