"Would NEVER order from these people again. Canceled order within 10 minutes because I found it cheaper somewhere else. Immediately notified them within 10 minutes to cancel, and again two times that day. No response. Eventually got the owner Jayson Burch to respond and he said he issued a credit but doesn't know why it had not gone through (probably cause he never bothered). So its now Day 20, they won't respond to my emails and no credit issued. Ridiculous! Definitely shady and unprofessional. "

"STAY AWAY!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!

I ordered a product on the 14th of November and paid extra for Priority shipping. On the 17th I got an email confirmation saying my item had been shipped, but with no tracking number listed.

2 weeks, numerous phone calls, and emails later (all with no response), I still don't have my product! I tried calling to get status on the order and I was told I would have to speak with Joel in shipping. Every time I did Joel was "on another line." There is a lady named Cynthia that works there who is no help at all. She says she'll call you back and never does. She promised to look into where my order was and tentatively put a credit back on my card and call me later that day. 3 days later, I'm still waiting for both!

Save your time and money and avoid headaches with these people! KEEP AWAY!! "
