"I have purchased three 8x20 scratch resistant metal prints over the last year or so. The first was received in excellent condition, the next two arrived with bent corners (right out of the shipping box). The first time I let it go and didn't say anything but it is a flaw that is annoying. However, after the second arrived with a bent corner, it became obvious that the packaging is inadequate to protect the print from damage during shipment. I would suggest that the print be packaged with some sort of support for the corners - perhaps styrofoam."
