"I use this company regularly, and will continue to do so, but I was disappointed with this last transaction as I had to call twice for help with images that were printed with white edges. They were wrapped with wonky boundaries so that some of the white edge was coming over into where the image was supposed to be. This happened on 4 out of 5 images and when I had a replacement shipment sent, one of the 4 replacement images had the same issue. I will say I was totally happy with customer service in their promptness and polite treatment in getting me a reprint sent out asap. I just was a little shocked that there seemed to be no quality control in the final step of the process of getting the images sent to their new homes. I am glad I get the images instead of dropshipping them to my clients directly because this could have really hurt my credibility with my clients! In all, I will continue to shop with this company, and all my past experiences have been excellent. This is just one time I was pretty disappointed."

We see that your orders had 3-5 business day shipping selected. It looks like some of your packages were delivered sooner than expected, while others were delivered within the originally estimated time frame, so there might be some confusion about our shipping options.
We want to help you select the shipping speed that meets your deadline for any special event. When selecting the shipping method, we suggest factoring in the 3 business days required for production. The day we receive your metal print order is considered day zero. For example, if you place your order on a Tuesday and hope to receive it on Wednesday the following week, it's best to select expedited 2-3 day shipping (3 business days in production plus 2-3 business days in transit). "Considering they are fairly inexpensive they are decent Quality. Packaging protection was pretty much non existant. Simply wrapped in cardboard with straps and plastic bag covering them. The image quality was vert good. However there were small black dirt flecks that I had to pick off as the background of the image was mostly white. In other words for the price I paid they were satisfactory but not excellent."
