"I have been very happy with the canvas prints I have gotten from CG Pro Prints, but the metal prints is whole other story. I was lured in by their low prices that help me keep my price points down and sell more prints but not sure if I have had an order that was without issues yet. Problems like all prints too dark, chips on edges, print issues and crooked frames. My last order for 5 smaller prints I had shipped to a hotel where I was doing a show because customer service said the would not arrive in time to my home address even though 3 of the 5 prints arrived at the hotel the day before I left. The location is only two hours away. Apparently there was a shipping issue with the other 2 prints (customer service would not go into specifics) so they re-made and re-shipped the two missing prints to my home. One of those had an extremely crooked frame (no excuse for that in my opinion) the third re-make was shipped to the original location rather than my home even after I brought it to the attention of the customer service rep and he assured me it would ship to my home. So now one day short of a month later they are re-making one of the prints for the fourth time and are shipping it next day air when completed. I can say they have made everything right in the long run, but I am done with ordering metal prints from them."
