"Previously, some canvas backing came unglued over time. Now, backing is screwed down and rubber bumpers keep the "hanger" from tilting the picture down. Time will tell. Also, shipping of $40+ for two 16-24 canvas, and two 12x18 Acrylic prints seems higher than usual (two bound pkgs). I asked customer support about the shipping and got a stock reply re how to select shipping method..."
