"I've ordered 100's of canvas prints here. Until this order, product and service were great. Colors on this order were off. It looked like the printer might have been low on red ink? Customer service was slow to deal with. Eventually they agreed to replace which was nice. While some of the replacements were improved, several came out the same as the first ones.
This transaction really deserves fewer stars, but based on past performance of the company, I don't want to ding them too hard. Hopefully it was just a temporary problem. "
"While their customer service has always been great, I continue to have products that fall apart which is embarrassing as a photographer and I can no longer offer their products to clients. "

"I’ve been using CG pro for about a year and a half. The quality I’ve always thought was great, prices as well. The frequent sales and offers also was a huge bonus. The one time I did have an issue with the quality, customer service sent me a replacement at no charge and quicker shipping while letting me keep the less than satisfactory item. CG pro did the job for me for how little I purchased items like canvases and speciality prints. Unfortunately, because of the outrageous markup on shipping it is no longer a feasible option for my business. I am disappointed as I truly did love CG pro. "

"I originally submitted my prints to a different company for processing. I learned a few days later they were cancelling my order and refunding my money. They couldn’t do them. That was when I found CGPro Prints. My prints were high key white on white minimalist style and gorgeous if printed correctly. They came through with flying colors. I got more orders once others saw them. Thanks and they now have a new customer who is bringing other pro photographers in to the know. "
