"The last two orders have had less than average quality on the printing on my canvases. There are ink marks where there should not be and there are white empty spots thoughout the canvas where the ink did not stay. Unfortunately this is a second order that has had this issue. The quality of the wrap and back are good, I'm just not sure why someone isn't reviewing the canvases before they are shipped. "

Currently, it does cost us more to ship to Canada than to ship within the USA, and this is reflected in the shipping prices on our website. But the average shipping costs are still higher for Canada since we're based in the USA. "Overall I really like giving CG Pro Prints my business, but I find that I have had to have things redone a couple of times. Attention to detail: hangers upside down, canvases set correctly in frames, specs on the canvas, or that colors match the image sent. With the solid face canvas prints one of mine and a couple of the ones I’ve sold have come away at the corners after a year or two. I find this unacceptable especially as these should last for many many years.
The other thing I have found in this most recent order is that one of the prints (16x24 solid face with a frame) was not square in the frame. I am happy to say that they will re-print and reset in frame and for that I am grateful, though that should have been checked before it ever went out.
I have an art show that these are going to and I feel there should be an option for wire hangers. Art galleries require wire hangers for any entries they accept."

I am sorry to hear that the quality of your orders has not been consistent, since it's important to us that every print is delivered in perfect condition. We are always happy to provide a replacement if you receive something from us that is damaged or defective. Our canvases are designed to last for a lifetime, so if you have any that did not remain perfect, I want to make sure those are replaced for you as well.
Thank you for the feedback regarding our hanger style. Right now we do not offer a wire hanger option, though wire hangers can be added to the Traditional Thick Wrap canvas when needed, by screwing in your own D-rings and then installing the wire. I can see how this would be helpful for art shows if the option was already featured on our website. Thank you for sharing this suggestion with us. I am providing it to our development team so they can look into the possibility of adding wire hangers.
