"Tried the new metal prints. Placed my e-signature in the lower right corner, but away from both edges. Prints arrived with the signatures partially chopped off. Contacted CG Pro. Asked why. In brief, was told they can't predict how much a given image will be cropped, so suggested re-submitting them for a free re-do. But gave my no idea how much more to allow so the whole signature would show. There is no info displayed during order processing to indicate how much one should allow for their cropping. Second time around, prints were satisfactory (I'd moved signature inboard about ½" from both edges."

I love how you guys executed the finish. I've been asking for more than 5 years and finally changed. Thank you. I'd like to address one last thing that the printing resolution. Please make sure that your canvas is printing in hi-resolution quality. I know that some printers are printing in medium-resolution to save printing time. The coupon code that was issued however initially was not enough to cover the entire cost and a subsequent code would not work so I was told to go ahead and enter the order and I would be credited for the full amount. To date the credit has not been issued."
