"I was extremely excited about the prices of the canvases and was hopeful this was going to be my new company to order from. I was happy to see the back came finished and had hooks ready to hang, although I wasn't happy about the way it was finished. The corners are put together sloppy and there is white sticking out from under the black back. I also like ordering my canvases with black borders. Instead of the photo itself and the black meeting exactly on the corner of the canvas, the image starts wrapping around on both sides a little ways before the black starts. I won't be ordering these for clients."

"The canvas and the prints did not arrive together and I still have not gotten the prints. 4 different tracking numbers were used so I have no idea what is coming or when.
I'm used to picking up my canvas from the local producer so it saves shipping. Which is why I use you. So not happy with having to pay for late arriving shipping. If I get them that is... I want to deal locally and will have to for the prints from now on. "

We always want to be up front about the design of each product, to help you select the products that are best for your clients. I want to share a little more information about the construction of our canvases.
We use only premium quality materials , and our canvas and inks are formulated to work together to provide the highest quality, longest lasting product available. We have our own in-house UV test chamber. Our team continually tests our materials to ensure that color will stand the test of time and last as long as or longer than any other canvas prints available.
For wrap styles other than image wrap, it is normal for our canvases to have a very slight margin of wrapping onto the canvas sides, up to 1/8 of an inch. The wrap should always be centered and not extending more than 1/8 of an inch off the face of the canvas.
The black backing is a unique element of the construction, adding stability and durability, and is designed to stop just short of the edge on all four sides of the canvas, to avoid being visible from the front. As a result, you can expect to see a little of the canvas material at the edges when viewing the back of the canvas.
The corners of each canvas are designed to be perfectly shaped, with a 90 degree angle at each corner and no flaps of canvas sticking out. It sounds like the corners of your canvas may have not been up to our quality standards, I apologize. We would be happy to provide a replacement to fix this!
