"I have been dealing with trying to get a refund for almost a month now. I had to dispute the charges twice, despite being reassured by customer service that the refund would be issued, and I would not have to bother sending back the products (I wish that had been in an email rather than over the phone with their support staff, as this dispute would be a done deal if I had that "proof" to show my credit card company). CG Pro Prints claimed that I never returned the products so they would not issue a refund. I was told not to, and that my refund would be issued! Very frustrating to spend this kind of time redisputing a charge to hopefully get my refund.

Regarding the prints I "refused to return" ...that's laughable. The quality is nothing I want to display. The only reason I kept them is because the person on the phone told me not to return them! If they send me a return prepaid shipping label, I'd have been happy to send these back ...but I was told it wasn't a big deal.

Here's their satisfaction guarantee, as copied from their website:

Sounds good -- until you have to jump through hoops to get your refund. Hopefully this second time of disputing the charge is a charm.

I would NOT recommend using this company based on my experience. The price may be attractive, but the quality is better elsewhere and if you're not happy with the quality, it will be a HUGE hassle to get your money back.

To the company -- shame on you for telling my credit card company I refused to return these. Your rep told me I wouldn't need to do so, otherwise I would've asked for a prepaid label to return them in a heartbeat. Besides, It's not like I'm trying to get anything for free. I just want my money back so I can get these printed right somewhere else. The only thing these canvases are good for is to paint over the top of."
