"I am a big fan of CG Pro Prints products, and in most ways they have excellent customer service, quickly reprinting any defective orders. However all of that is largely undone by their shipping practices, and that fact that they will not guarantee individual boxes on orders of multiple canvas-wraps.
When I began using CG Pro Prints, each solid-face canvas-wrap print was shipped in its own box, which enabled me to order prints to re-sell via my website or at shows. It also allowed me to take advantage of their frequent sales by ordering multiple prints. That abruptly changed some time ago, and now multiple print orders are packaged together in one box. This makes re-selling the prints far more difficult (and expensive) because I will have to order (and store) custom packaging for a wide range of print sizes. That's simply not practical at this time, given the scale of our business.
I have contacted CG Pro Prints multiple times about this, and each time I have been given a polite brush-off. I have asked if there is any way to order multiple prints and have them individually packaged. I have asked if there is any way to PAY a bit more to have them individually packaged. I've offered to order large quantities, if I can get them individually boxed. Each time I am politely told to pound sand, without even the possibility of a compromise or cooperation.
I'd love to build a long-term business relationship with CG Pro Prints, but that interest is clearly not reciprocal. So I'll have to look elsewhere.

But since this change, we've heard feedback from some of our customers (like yourself) who expressed an interest in having their canvases individually packaged. We have been sharing this feedback with our shipping and development teams, so that they can research different ideas for implementing this option on our website. As of now, we do not have an update yet on the progress, but we are continuing to gather new information, since we are always looking for ways to improve. "I am very happy with my canvas prints. The colors turned out beautifully and they shipped quickly, as usual. The one thing that I wish were different was the packaging. I have always used the plastic bags that the prints come in to wrap and ship my prints to my clients, but now the bags have a child suffocation warning printed on it. Maybe it's the new requirement to use these labeled bags, but I don't feel good about using them because my customer's first impression is the writing on the bag... It's unsightly and not something I want them to deal with.
In the past, the bags used to be blank and made of nice thick material. They protected the printed surface well and were very convenient to reuse. Now I have to figure out my own wrapping, which is ok, but I'm now hesitant to ship any prints directly to my clients.
Other than that, I'm very satisfied and plan to continue to get my canvases printed through CGProPrints. They do an amazing job!"
