"Incorrect advertising on shipping costs."

"Some of the worst online service I have ever received. I paid extra to have my pants hemmed. They were not hemmed when I received them. I had to pay 15 dollars a pair (30 total)to have them hemmed once i received them. My whole order was held because 2 items were back ordered. I had to call and got transferred to four different people before I had my in stock items sent. Also, the socks that were sent as free with my order, shrank to a size that was totally unwearable after the first time i washed them. I will not be using CHIEF ever again."

"I ordered a pair of duty boots. Over three weeks later, they still have not shipped. I sent an email to their "customer service" department nine days after placing the order. The response I got from chief was ridiculous. The manufacturer recently shipped the items to chief and when chief gets them, they will ship them out. I don't care where you're located, ground shipping takes a maximum of 10 days. I will never order from this company again. Too bad I need the boots or I'd cancel the order and tell them to eat the boots!"

"I am very disappointed in the quality of the batteries i ordered for my two-way radios. On a full charge they only last 4 hours, while others i have purchased from other retailers have lasted at least 10 hours. I run a delivery service that operates 12 hours a day and these batteries just dont cut it. I sent an email trying to cancel the other 4 that were backordered, but no one has resoponded. Unfortunately i will not be ordering any further from you.

"Chief was a very simple company to order my custom badges from, the first custom badge arrived when expected and was in perfect condition. All the information was correct and we cannot be more satisfied.
When our order was placed, somehow in the transmission an extra character was included in one word. The quality employees at Chief was able to spot this error and phoned me almost immediately. This did not seem to effect the delivery date.
We plan to order again from Chief for all our Custom Badges.
