"Last year I purchased a camera from this store. A couple of months after it arrived it started to malfunction.

I contacted citiwide, and they led me through a ridiculous process before finally agreeing to have the camera shipped back to them.

2 FULL MONTHS LATER thay have told me they are not responsible for the malfunction, and that I WOULD HAVE TO PAY POSTAGE COSTS for its return.

Throughout the entire process I have had to email them MORE THAN 4 TIMES PER WEEK to find out what was going on. The telephone is NEVER answered, and they have, on three occasions, got the case numbers mixed up and tried to convince me that I was someone else!

AVOID AT ALL COCTS - THEY REEK OF INCOMPETENCE

"befor i purchased they said my order product is in stock, after placing the order when i called about order status they told me,it will be 4 weeks before they ship it. This is cheating/lying to get oder.

"Wow, this place sucks. Ordered a lens from them on the 4th of Sept and got nervous when I wanted to know status. Toll free number was not in service and email was bounced. Contacted Yahoo shopping and they said merchant would get back to me. That was on the 8th. Their website citywidedigital.com was also down, didn't exist, only the yahoo store front.

They call me on the 18th, and asked about my order. I said I wanted to cancel... 14 days after order was made and item had not yet shipped and no notifications on staus had been sent, they finally call me after yahoo escalated 2 levels for follow up. When I asked them about their email, their phone, and their website, they said:

"Don't know what you were doing buddy..." and hung up on me.

Just checked, these people have changed their name AGAIN!!!! They are now A&R or anrshop, they were once Regency Photo and then citywidedigital and now something different. Trying to escapae bad rep?!?!?!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

"So are they known as citywidedgitial cos of all the stinky reviews they got as regency photo and video?

Refused to say that order was delayed..instead kept saying that order was shipped, but a tracking number was not provided because of "system problems." Customer service is a pathetic to say the least. Go some place else.

"I ordered a Nikon battery and charger for a Coolpix camera from this company. When the product arrived, it was not Nikon but "replacement for" Nikon. Upon calling the company to return the items, I was referred to customer service which must issue a return authorization number prior to returning the items. Otherwise, I was told, I would not receive credit to my account. The "customer service" line is a joke, as you are immediately placed on hold and never get through, even after 20 minutes of holding! However, if you wish to place an order, you get through immediately!

The reason I bought the items in the first place was because I was told that they were Nikon brand, which were in short supply, unlike the "replacement" junk I was sent.

After 3 weeks, I still haven't gotten through and the sales people just transfer you to "customer service" if you have a complaint!

What a joke!

"CITYWIDEDIGITAL.COM is the Same company as "Regency Photo & Video" and "Regency Camera" find many more reviews on this company under those names.
My experience was better than some. Shipping was delayed several days. Attempts to find out information by calling were met with suspicious responses. Order finally shipped, despite paying extra for expedited shipping. Product did arrive as advertised and have been pleased with my purchase. Note: in trying to call customer service I was on hold in excess of 30 minutes before hanging up.
Proceed with caution.
