"Office 2019 home Key didn’t work. They gave me a 2nd one which also didn’t work. They agreed to offer refund but only if they can resell the key lol. So basically, the next poor customer will be in my boat and will also be told the same thing. So effectively, you have lots of people like me waiting for a refund that will probably never happen. Avoid at all costs!"

So i went threw there security steps to prove the key was not working and then waited. 24 hours went by i grew nervouse. But i also purchased a pro key so i attempted to use that one...and it WORKED! making me feel much better about the chances of them getting me a new working key for the home version. Took about 2 days but i got a email from them with a link to my new key and it worked like butter! Dont be hesitant the prices are killer and there support staff is very nice! Nach Kauf wurde dieser zunächst einer manuellen Prüfung unterzogen, weswegen ich warten musste bis ich den Key zum gekauften Spiel erhielt. Nachdem ich ihn dann erhalten habe, musste ich feststellen, dass dieser in meinem Land nicht funktioniert, obwohl dieser laut Shopseite in meinem Land funktionieren soll. Ich kontaktierte den Support mit Bitte um Rückerstattung auf zwei Wegen, bislang erhielt ich keine Antwort.
Sollte ich noch eine zufriedenstellende Antwort erhalten, würde ich meine Bewertung natürlich gern anpassen.
