"I purchased an xbox live pass and followed all required instructions set out by CD Keys and unfortunatley the key did not work for me. I tried to contact customer services to resolve it and it has still not been resolved after 2 months and I am yet to recieve my refund. This is appaling considering I contacted them within the 14 days asking for my refund. I have sent proof that the key was not used from the beginning yet I am being told I must wait for the key to be resold and used before refund. This is terrible and a shame as I have used this complany on several occasions before without any issues. "
