"I thought i was buying a bonefide product key that i could download files and insert the key ..... but no when the instructions arrive you have to opt for "telephone activation " or it wont work . Tried to contact customer services with limited sucess.
Tried to download as advised - couldnt find anywhere to elect for telephone activation .... so had to risk using the key online .

I was not aware of this limitation as the website had made no effort to depict the playable region. I requested assistance from customer services, they replied quickly but did not provide me with a viable solution to play the game. "I ordered the license online and received it quickly which was fine. There was no link to download the software (I already had a copy installed though just needed a new key).
The key did not work. I tried to reach out to their support multiple times over several days with ZERO RESPONSE. I requested another license with again NO RESPONSE. I requested a refund WITH NO RESPONSE.
I eventually managed to get it working on my own by removing / getting a new copy of the software and installing with the key which did appear to work for now. Horrible customer service / communication though...would not recommend."
