"I ordered a aluminum radiator, part number RADA-30 IN December 2014. on 05 May 2015, i had my mechanic start the work. He informed me that the Radiator was the wrong one.
I called C J Pony Parts the same day and they told me I needed RADA-27. I had to speak to about 3 people but all in all they complied the the right Radiator and e-mailed a prepaid mailer for wrong radiator to send back. OK, But Frustrating."
"RIDICULOUS!! I ordered an exhaust KIT and only received half of it, the other half was backordered without telling us (they weren't quite sure when the other pieces would be available maybe one, maybe two weeks). They would not send a call tag to return the portion I received, they said I had to pay return shipping because the items could be ordered separately!! If I wanted two items I would have ordered two items not the kit, how ridiculous."

I received my $800.00 dollar gauge set. Did not come with all the parts as the salesman stated.
When I called back another salesman told me I needed to spend another $80+ for a speed sensor and adapter.
After the install and talking to the manufacturer they told me the sensor is bad.
I called cj pony parts and they told me I had to ship the speed sensor back on my dime then they would send me a new one.
not even a week after receiving the part. They sure do make it hard to return things. Other companies send you a prepaid postage for returns or email you a pickup slip."

"Placed an order, my credit card was charged and I received an email confirming my order the next day. A week and a half went by still no delivery. I sent an email requesting a tracking number which was missing from their original email. Got the tracking number later the next day. Plugging the tracking number into the Fedex site and it showed the item was shipped shortly after my inquiry. After keeping my money for over a week an a half there was no apology and no expedited shipping to make up for their "mistake" so now I have to wait another week for the item to arrive. How long would it have taken if I didn't ask for the tracking number?"
"I have ordered form cj for over a year and evcery other order has a problem. In the past I have had leaking paint cans which were replaced but it took two weeks, this time the wrong door hinge was sent requiring a return. No problem except that they wont send another part until they get their wrong part returned, It has set me back two weeks. Cj will not be my first choice"

"I ordered a set of headlight buckets for my 90 fox body and fog lights. Cj Pony sent me an email saying that the fog light were on back order. They should of said they were on back order when I ordered them. I told CJ Pony to cancel my entire order and customer service said everything was being taken care of. About 5 days later a package arrives at my door step. I called CJ Pony and they game me an RMA number to send the package back. I go to Fedex to ship the package back and the RMA number was not good. I called CJ Pony and they said I needed to pay for shipping. Shipping costs 55 dollars which I paid to get this outta my sight. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I paid 55 dollars for nothing."
"I've ordered twice from CJ Pony parts, both times the items were on back order. No big deal, except they didn't ship when promised, and remained on back order for several more weeks. They were rude on the phone when asked when the part will ship. I'll never order from them again. The first order placed in January, arrived in March, the second order placed the first week of February, still no idea when it will ship."
"I've ordered parts from CJ Pony parts on two separate occasions and both times customer service proved to be incompetent.
The first time these sent me the driver’s side inner fender when I clearly ordered the passenger side fender that suffers from the rusted out battery box. I even discussed the problem with the CS guy and ordered related components.
This last, and I mean last, order was bungled from the start. I ordered (online) the new 1969 Mach 1 sport R series upholstery and added the seat backs to go with it. I called the next day to check on the seat backs because it wasn’t clear to me that they would fit the Mach 1 seats. The guy says, “Yes they’re the correct ones but you don’t need them because they come with the upholstery.” Great I say then please delete the seat backs from my order. For the next two months I contact them once a week asking for a shipping tracker or shipping estimate. I get nothing for two months but “They should ship soon” Each person I talk to says that the seat backs are still order and each one promises to have them cancelled. The upholstery finally arrives and to my surprise they do not come with the seat backs so I call the manufacturer, TMI who says, “ oh we don’t make the Mach seat backs because they are plastic and we don’t want to spend money on PPIM tooling. I call CJ to tell them the info they should already know and ask them to see if they can get a measurement on the SB’s I had on order but cancelled. The guys says sure, I’ll call you back tomorrow. Well of course he does not call me back so I call him and he tells me he has shipped the seatbacks to me. So I say fine then please send me a tracker number maybe they SB’s will fit so let’s try it out and oh.. thanks for doing the opposite of what I asked. Well nobody can find a tracker so I get yet another CS on the phone who is supposed to get me a tracker #. He sends me an e-mail saying that the seat backs have now been cancelled. Funny my credit card company said I paid for them 2 ½ months ago. All subsequent e-mails asking for a credit to my visa have been ignored. Looks like I’ll have to sick my visa people on them to get my money back.
