"I ordered parts for a parts for a $100 pressure roller. The salesperson told me the bill was $25. He said, "I'll call you back to confirm your order". I wondered what he wanted to confirm. I never got the call. The package came in the mail and a $14.00 charge had been added. I call C J Spray and was told, "We charge freight". No apologies. Buyer beware. Why would I pay $40 for four small plastic parts when I could order the whole apparatus for $100?
And...one part was missing. Before I could mention that, the last person I spoke to said, "OK"...and hung up."
"I purchased a Graco Pro Handheld sprayer that was supposed to be "factory reconditioned." Prior to ordering, I called CJSpray and asked what to expect regarding the condition of the factory reconditioned units. I was told that except for small scuffs on the sprayer, it should look new with new hoses and tips, etc. What I received did not come close to the expectation they set. When I sent photos to them, their support personnel agreed the condition was not what they would have expected but it took 3 weeks for them to send out a replacement. The condition of the replacement was supposed to have been verified before shipping, but in some ways, it was in worse condition than the first. Both were returned cleaner than when I received them. At most, CJSpray tested the used sprayers to make sure they worked and cleaned them up a little. I would call them used/tested and not factory reconditioned as they advertised. Their resolution was to give me a full refund after sprayers were returned to them. "
