"The only complaint I have is that you cant roll over days. If Monday is a holiday and we are o my there for three days, we should have the option of adding another day as I am still paying for three days and I’m only getting two."

"We really like it, the best experience has been with the more experienced teachers. I found the previous room very hard, the teachers changed a lot as they were younger. I felt like they didn't have the confidence to deal with 3/4 year olds. They are not as engaged as those with more experience. They seemed more like babysitters then teachers. I would like better communication when teachers change so we know about it at home."

"I’m generally not happy but need my son to be in a program 2 times a week. He doesn’t have issues going to that’s why I’m still sending him as opposed to getting a nanny for 10 hours a week. I basically had abandoned the thought of my child learning anything because he is so far beyond his classmates. Now he is just there for social emotional development until I can find a program that challenges him. (Also, I did ask for him to be transferred to a different program with older kids but I was told that is the classroom for behavioral difficulties and it wouldn’t be a good fit because my child “is good.”"

She was referred to speech therapy before I enrolled her at Creative Kids and now she is at least on target, if not, advanced for her age! The teachers and staff are amazing and treat us like family!"

"Baby is happy, he is learning fast, I feel like he is really enjoying it. My only worry is his feeding, he comes home with almost everything untouched, I understand they eat at certain times and he might not eat what I bring but in the messages/updates I get it says he ate almost everything or that he naps when I have seen his lunch box pretty much untouched or not napping when they nap. If he doesn't do either I rather know that than being told he does"

"Bad Experience on Craig and Decatur facility, they always looks like they was short of people, my daughter was bite, pushed by older kids and one time when I pick up my daughter her tshirt was ruin a kid who usually bother her make lines in her back an nobody was there to stop him and them when I asked about It they blame my Daughter for the incident, find another place for you kid expensive and not a good quality on care."
