"Everything about Creative Kids on Pebble road has been amazing for my kiddo. From walking in for drop off to walking out at pick up, every time gives my kid and I a feeling of a second home. All the teachers, not even her primary teachers are very attentive and loving. Everyone is amazing!"

"My general experience wasn’t that great. For a few weeks my daughter was in and out of classrooms first she’s in this room then she’s changed into another room. Constantly being switched for no apparent reason. Wasn’t because of her academic level.Then she finally got into the correct age group class. Had so many kids I could tell she wasn’t been looked at correctly academically.Had an issue, someone took her blanket and sheet. I knew during nap time she wasn’t in the correct blanket and sheet. I messaged the school no response. I was unable to call. When I got to the school her stuff was not in her chubby. When I spoke to Rachel about it. She was very dismissive blaming me for not labeling it mind you we’ve been going to this school since sept no issues it’s Jan now. 3 weeks later a parent returns it. Rachel was terrible she didn’t care.This isn’t school focused more of a daycare. Is just based of her age not the child’s academic level. I feel like my daughter actually regressed by being there"

"Teandra is great and really cares about my daughters well being. She also always has an activity for her. Also, Christina and Kelsey were good when Leilani was in her class. There is a newer teacher in the afternoons now and she does seem overwhelmed and not as engaged. I’m hoping she will get a groove but there isn’t as much engagement as all of the other teachers."

"The teachers I’ve talked to and the director are nice! Unfortunately I cannot tell this about everyone at the facility. I wish they could actually do more “creative” things as the name of the school suggested because I specifically asked about this at the time of enrollment and the response was well it’s obvious since it’s our name - however I haven’t seen properly reflected this in the daily activities. I do love though the access to the camera to watch the kids. The prices are reasonable. The teacher is very understanding. Overall, good experience "

"I wish staff and teachers were more responsive to concerns. Typically, even when calling, the staff tries to be super quick. So, either they are poorly staffed (which is very possible given the shortage in caregivers) or they are just not friendly or need customer training."

"I had some issues in the past but luckily the director solves the problem or tries to do as soon as possible. The only thing that i really don't like about this school is that they will charge us on holidays. I do understand how i have to pay %50 for vacation leave but on holidays even the school staffs are not working and I feel they're charging for those days just because they can."

"Creative Kids off of Blue Diamond has been an excellent facility for my daughter. The initial month was rough, because my daughter had never been to daycare. But the staff worked with her to make her feel comfortable and happy. She loves going now! They kept me and her father in the loop with her progress and showed us that they really care about each individual child. This helped give me the peace of mind to be able to return to work from furlough, knowing that she was in excellent care."
