"Havent had any major issues and every small thing was resolved quickly and very professionally. The new paint job does make it look like a prison cell. Why are they getting rid of the colors. It helps stimulate the mind in a positive way. Now trying to get are kid to the room they all look the same so now the kids don't look as happy. Please bring back the fun colors or add some color to the walls. It's looking like a cubicle in a depressing seen like the book 1984. Or at least let them put fun giant posters like monster trucks and fun animals"
"Why can’t we pay for the days that our children go there versus Paying week to week?"
"Love the school and teachers they communicate well and speak to my child nicely. The assistant director can be a bit dismissive though."
"It has been decent. Updates regarding meals for the week and what the children will be working on/lesson plans would be helpful. But otherwise it’s a typical preschool as expected."
"I’m having a good experience at the school."
"The teachers and admin staff are always friendly and engaged with each student that walks in and out of the building. My children enjoy going to school and learning. They've made the transition at drop offs easier as well. I like bringing home the little arts and crafts that they do."
"We are generally happy with the school. Sometimes the teachers do seem overwhelmed with the kids. Also not impressed with the new director. She seems like she is strictly business oriented and not focused on helping parents or children."
"I LOVE this school! As a first time parent they took their time with me"
"Happy for the most part. I like the focus on education to prep for kindergarten. I as a parent only want what’s best. I want my son to adapt to this new school, and make friends. I’m very happy with the school. I just hope my child has adapted to his new school."
"Initially i had a great experience speaking with the director and the school play areas . Once signed up , I’ve realized and watched the lack of care for food for the children , crackers and water being served for breakfast almost on a daily basis. The unprofessional attitudes and chatter among coworkers while parents are walking in and out with their children seems too loose at times. Last, the level of education my child needs that is beyond her age compared to other children , has yet to be met."
"I like creative kids. It fits our budget and our educational needs. I have really liked the Director Ms DeAlma but I heard she is leaving which makes me sad. I was disappointed in my sons teacher experience for prek. I was hoping he would have another awesome teacher like Ms Shoheh that he had for preschool. She was wonderful. This year I have only meet his teacher once and I feel like the teacher has changed in the classroom multiple times. He has been moved around from prek 1 to prek 2 on certain days due to short staffing. I had to purchase high quality workbooks for both semester and when he brought them home recently only half was maybe completed. I understand he is only there 2 days a week so maybe it’s his attendance I’m not sure."
"Honestly our experience with creative kids has been terrible. We just feel there is not a homey or loving feel for our kids at all. Cleanliness is an issue and the cleanliness of our children upon pickup. My 3 year old never wants to go to school and this has never been the case when we had him in a preschool in LA. He has expressed to ya that two specific boys are bullying him, being mean, and hitting him. We have addressed it with the school and he has still come home saying these boys pick on him. Very sad and bullying at any age is unacceptable. Looking for a new school that will provide us more security while we are away from our children. I’m very anxious at work when they are there"
"So far I really like it a lot."
"As problems have arisen the management staff has brushed off or completely invalidated the issues brought forth. Management has deflected and been defensive when a problem is brought to their attention. Overall the teachers in the classrooms seem to care and try their best to look out for our children."
"It’s ok but the child is required to be fully potty trained and mature. If the child needs help with these developmental processes, the school has very young care givers who I feel don’t know how to help the child with this process."
