"Not a good experience. This facility has a cleanliness issue, my child is CONSTANTLY catching a bug here, and they have been in daycare for far too long to ALWAYS have a snotty nose while attending this facility. Not to mention they lose our belongings often. The teachers are very inattentive and only respond to issues after they occur, my child once walked around with their pants down to their ankles for about 5-10 minutes before the teacher came to pull them up, and I have more stories than characters... I don't have a good relationship with any of the teachers because the only thing they say to me or my child at drop-off or pick up is hi and bye, for months on end. The classrooms are undecorated and it doesn't look or seem to me that they have any curriculum agenda on a weekly basis, I have NEVER recieved a piece of art work that my child has done and I have been sending them here for 5 months. I am very unsatisfied with the care at this facility and will be transferring my child out as soon as possible."

"The Creative Kids near Farm Rd are very professional and attentive to my child's needs. We had a rough year, house caught on fire and many other things. They assisted us with such love and care. My son and I really appreciate this location and staff."

"I’m glad the parents are allowed back into the facilities. We enrolled our child during the covid pandemic so we never met our child’s teacher or saw his classroom. Now that we are able to drop off and pick up inside I can walk him to his classroom and interact w his teacher. I love all the positive things she has to say about my son. "We have had a good experience. It’s hard for me to really gauge the communication because I rarely drop off or pick up, it’s our nanny. But because of this, it would be nice to have more virtual communication."

"Recently our experience has been tainted with the issues we are experiencing with our daughter. We have picked her up on so many occasions with urine soaked underwear and pants. If she is in a pull up its loaded and leaking. She has come home without underwear on, in clothes that don't belong to us. We provide a lot of change of clothes so there is no reason she should be coming home in these conditions. I send messages on the school app regarding the situation and they are not responded to. Prior to this we have been happy with the school, especially with two of the teachers who do an amazing job caring for our children."

"We have been with this school for about 3 years now. We have always enjoyed the school, with the exception of the high turnover rate of teachers and office staff. After returning from a break due to the pandemic, I’ve been a little disappointed since we can no longer enter the building. I don’t get to see the teachers and there is little communication about what my son is learning."

"The teachers are kind and know the children well. The front desk people have no knowledge of customer service between calling you back last minute for a payment error THEY made and not taking accountability for it, to saying they’ll call you back and leaving the office without ever returning a call. The front staff also moves children into other rooms and if your child has a late birthday, instead of advancing them to preschool curriculum, they’ll leave them with younger children. To me, that’s inhibiting their learning instead of promoting advancement. They don’t have many activities and no refrigerators for food or microwaves for the children’s food. This makes it hard for children to have milk in their supply cups because it doesn’t get stored or monitored for when it goes bad. I will be removing my child from here and finding another location nearby, there are plenty. "
