Not worth it

"Overpriced, poorly shipped received several months later than expected date withexpensive shipping ie. No bubble wrap equals damaged goods, customer support will respond quickly asking me to follow them on tic tok and a sad sorry. No thanks not a happy customer better off buying though someone else "

Clark Toys

"I ordered a three pack of The Hansen Brothers Funko Pops. It was packed terrible. Two funko boxes taped together with one piece of brown paper was all of the packaging material. The Funko box was damaged during shipping. When I filed a complaint, originally they offered a replacement box. Then they came back and said I could only keep the item for a partial refund, or send the item back for a full refund, they had no boxes or items to replace for me. I did send it back for a full refund. Today, I looked on Clark Toys website, and they are selling the exact item. So they do have them on hand. I pre-paid for a lower price, they are now listed at a higher price. I am done buying from Clark Toys. Packaging was terrible, I am not pleased with the customer service, and I do not have the item that I was really looking forward to owning. Buyer BEWARE. If you have a problem with an order, you probably will not be happy with the customer service or the results you get. I am done with Clark Toys!"

Excellent Customer Service

"I ordered a 3 pack of McFarlane Sportspicks figures. 2 out of the 3 were in great condition (I plan on keeping them in the clamshell). The third one, the one that I wanted most, was damaged. It appeared to have been lacerated by a box cutter as the shipping container showed no signs of wear or damage. Clark Toys customer service took care of the issue promptly and to my satisfaction. I have purchased from Clark Toys plenty of times and will continue to do so in the future. "

Avoid at all costs!

"I “pre-ordered” a Funko Pop in Jan 2022 with an estimated ship date of March 2022. For an entire year, I tried to get any answers from customer service about what happened to my order and they kept telling me they have no updates from Funko. This particular Pop was then readily available in-store at big retailers by June 2022 so I know it was not an error on Funko’s part. I JUST received my order in April 2023. No tracking email, no answers from customer service. It just arrived in the mail one day out of nowhere. I will never ever buy from here again. I understand mistakes happen sometimes but customers deserve answers when they’ve already spent their money to “pre order” an item."

I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing

"I bought two items, one was in stock, one was on backorder.

It took four months to arrive (when the estimated date was only two months), which is fine... but the in stock item did not ship and I was told it would never ship because they sold out (after the preojected ship date) and they will never get any more in.

I was credited for the item, but still paid $9.00 in shipping for only one unit.

The only reason I bought two was to justify the shipping. I would've accepted credit for a comparably priced item instead, but was never given this option.

Horrible Service

"DO NOT BUY from this company!!! I order bobble heads they were a Chris present. It says it was delivered but I never got it. So I email and Coreen answer saying it is not Clarktoys fault because it says it was delivered. Her comment was to ask my neighbors and go to the cops. So I asked her if you could send me a new order or just refund me. Coreen said contact the cops not Clarktoys problem she is very unprofessional "

Absolute horrible service!!

"In September 2022 I pre-ordered a set of pops that were scheduled to release and ship in November. These were supposed to be a Christmas gift. It is now 3 days until Christmas and the pops still say awaiting fulfillment on the site. I've contacted customer service and they just tell me I need to keep waiting and keep checking for updates. I have now seen these pops come and go out of stores and I'm still waiting. I will NEVER order from this site again and will definitely spread the word. "

If I could rate zero, I would!

"I ordered a gift for my husband in January of 2022, and it is now November. It was a preorder that was expected to ship in Feb/Mar. I still don’t have it. The funko pops are everywhere now, and I could have ordered them from Amazon for a cheaper price by now. I cannot cancel my order! I have contacted customer service, and they have told me that I have to keep waiting. I will never order from this company again! I wish I had found reviews sooner."

Horrible customer service

"800# allows a message but there is an email response to a message left to relay that the number is not operational and there is no customer service rep to speak with. Without having knowledge that 800# was operational, I did leave a voicemail but also sent an an email message, both immediately after the order was placed, to change shipping or cancel the order due to their USPS mailing, and 15 hours later the shipped message came in... The "Office Manager" Coreen clearly does not read her customer service emails before warehouse handles orders and after 3 emails, replied with a sorry can't help response. She missed the point of the message that explained the product would not be delivered to the address due to their USPS method of shipment, and ignored request to send by another carrier or cancel the order. Instead, gave me return instructions for product that I clearly communicated would never be delivered or in my possession to return. My refund relies on their honesty and ability to track product returned to them as undeliverable by USPS. If they do not have a customer service process in place to be thorough and timely in reading and comprehending an email message, it is doubtful they have a process in place to track undeliverable returns. The tracking number on their confirmation email conveniently does not work either. Bottom line I will not receive the products or get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I Expected Better

"Do not preorder items here. I made the mistake of ordering regular "in stock" along with preorder. My preorder items were to be available by September, two months after order. They provided no updates. I sent an email on 9/18 to inquire and was told their was a delay but my other items were ready to ship for an extra shipping fees - my shipping was already $20. I declined and waited. Now my order shipped but some of my non preordered items are out of stock!?!? They had not actually set aside my items. I disappointed in having 3 items not be available after waiting over 2 months. I still don't have my order as of this review. I'm **** that those items are not in my order especially since they are out of stock at other retailers. They also didn't provide a refund that included an adjustment in shipping. Go with a better retailer who can communicate, has customer service and better fulfilling process. They sent my shipping notification on 10/1 but sent out of stock/non-fullfillment notification on 10/8. "

Defective toy- initially would not replace, but eventually reconsidered and sent replacement-made a child and parent happy

"Details of story below but bottom line, after some back and forth ClarkToys took responsibility, replaced the defective toy at no charge and retained a customer.

I ordered a $50 Darkseid Action Figure for my son's birthday (along with four other action figures). When it arrived the arm just slides on and off because either the peg was made too small or the hole was made too big. Either way it was clearly a manufacturing defect, but when I contacted Clark Toys they said they only sell them as display pieces, never to be taken out of the package. Once opened they will not do anything. They said I could contact the manufacturer. I sent an email to the address they instructed me to and copied Clark Toys on it. Since then I have heard no response from either company despite several emails.
