One Star is too generous!

"Worst shopping experience I have ever had! Items insufficiently stocked, advertised items become unavailable, and unbelievably long wait for shipments. Company is understaffed, insufficiently operated, and has no idea of the meaning of customer service. I will not shop here again; recommend to others to find desired items elsewhere even if the cost is higher; and, recommend to the owner(s) to close their doors. I cannot imagine the company is that successful, nor will it be!"

Awful.

" I ordered a set of pop vinyls from here on March 30 as a pre-order. they were supposed to come out April 13 I emailed them May 26 as I still hadn't received my shipping information and the toys had been sold in store for well over a month. The email I got into reply was we will send you information once they have shipped with no other information at all no apology just awful customer service. it is now 28 June and I just received my order with half of the boxes messed up which really irritates me since these are collector items which are meant to stay in the boxes ."

Don't Care About Buyers!!! Poor Service.

"I ordered an item for my grandson 12.4.17. On May 30 they shipped the item. They did not tell me the delivery was delayed. When I complained, they did not bother to respond to me."

Horrible customer service

"Found items on their site I wanted to order around the first of November. Their site showed to be shipping in October so I assumed they were in stock. Placed my order in hopes to get a jump on Christmas. Waited about a month and emailed and was told they would ship first part of December. About mid December wrote them again and they said it would be first of January and wanted to know if I wanted to cancel order. Was simply wanting and update but certainly made it feel like I was being a pest. Kept waiting patiently and finally received my order I placed beginning of November at the end of February. Plus one of the items packaging was bent and it's collectibles! At this point too frustrated to try to exchange for fear of how long if ever it would take to get exchanged. Don't recommend"

"This is to date the worst type of customer service I have delt with via online ordering! I have been waiting since December 2nd when I first ordered my sweaters so they would have plenty of time to get here. I ordered 2 (TWO) lakers ugly christmas sweaters and they finally send them out on the 17th of December. I received a package today to find that only 1 (ONE) had sent and that my email from them said my order was COMPLETE. WITH JUST ONE SWEATER! I have been trying to email them but no response. I either want my money back or my sweater that I ordered. This is considered stealing when you pay for something and don't receive it. I am furious with this company who doesn't know how to take care of their customers. I will never order through this company again. "
