"Pros: cheap, wireless, mobile.
Cons: HORRIBLY SLOW internet in Wichita Falls, TX and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Clear used to be good around here, but they haven't updated their towers while gaining hundreds of new customers. I rarely see speeds >1mpbs (paying for 3-6) and often it is so slow that I cannot even access my gmail account. Customer Service is now outsourced to India and they don't care about you - they only want you to upgrade your plan so they get a bonus. When I tried cancelling the service I had to talk to 3 diff reps and explain each time why I wanted to cancel and that I didn't need an upgrade or technical help. Then, I didn't get my 30 day garaunteed refund like they said I would so I had to call back and deal with them all over again...

Overall: if it works well in your neighborhood and you don't need customer support it is a good deal: cheap, mobile, and wireless."
