"My order was placed on 1/25/13 and cancelled on 2/13/13 due to a shipping error and I was informed that my credit card would be credited within 24-48 hours. I have had nothing but poor customer service up to this point. My account stated that my order would ship on or before 2/10/13 and I would receive shipping information three days prior to that date with tracking information. I called on 2/11/13 and had my email verified and the man I spoke with told me he would resend it. On 2/12/13 I still had not received it, and called back. Greg gave me my tracking over the phone which I entered into UPS tracking to find that it had delivered on 2/6/13 to an address in PA (I live in MI). I called back and told them of my tracking number issue and was informed that I would receive a phone call within 12 hours so they could investigate. On 2/13/13 I called back since I still hadn't had my call returned, I was offered a refund or my order could be reprocessed. I opted for a refund since the lens would not arrive in time for the wedding I am to shooting this weekend.
BUYER BEWARE, I will never know if they are a legit business. As of today (2/18/13) I am still waiting for a response and a refund. They have not once returned a call they said they would."

"BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered a Canon 7D from Closeoutdigital.com on Thursday last week. They didn't charge my card, so I called them Friday morning to see what was going on with my order. The employee that answered the phone said they needed my last name again to process the order totaling over $900 by the way. I was promised I would get a call back. They close at 4pm Eastern time so I called back at noon because I hadn't heard anything from them and my bank had not been charged yet. The phone went straight to a message machine saying they were closed. It wasn't even 4 yet. You can not leave a message on their machine. I then went on their website and contacted customer service that way, no response. Finally today Sunday I get an email saying before my order can be shipped they need to verify my identity. Sorry but to me, when someone spends $1000 in your store, I think it's pretty important you call them back. I would not recommend them or buy from them again. My card was never charged and I canceled my order and my card to be safe. 01/29/13 WOW, They actually tried to deny that this transaction ever happened. Thanks God for screen shots! I always keep everything for my protection. I also forgot to mention, I paid over $60 on my order for 3 day shipping and they STILL didn't find the time to call me back or process my order.

Dear June, When I talked to you guys on FRIDAY you confirmed my information and even got my credit card # again, my name and my address! You did not try multiple times to contact me. You guys did call AFTER I posted this and my order was canceled and I had already bought somewhere else. Then you called and asked if there was anything you could do to change how I felt and asked if I needed any accessories. I appreciate that but it was too late. Bottom line, I needed my lens by Wed, paid $60 for shipping and you PROMISED a call back on Friday so the order would be placed and it never happened. Everyone makes mistakes. Don't post on here like you did nothing wrong. Someone dropped the ball. It had nothing to do with security. My cell phone NEVER rang until after I posted this and my order was canceled. Come on guys, apologize like you did on the phone to my husband after this happened. You do have computer generated emails that I got BUT when you call, you guys don't answer your phone and it goes straight to voice mail even before you close and you can't even leave a message.
