"I ordered a 4"x2"x1" magnet from CMS. I laid it on my forehead for 15 min. for 2 days to see if it would help my sinuses (someone suggested it might help drain sinuses!). After using for only 2 days, and not getting any results, I put it back in same packaging that it came in, and called and told company I was returning. I was told that it was fine. I returned it UPS, as they suggested, and it was received by them, and signed for on Thur 4/14/16. When I emailed them on Mon. 4/18 to see if they had recd it back, I was told they didn't think it had been received, but 'would look around the office for it" (??). Then later received an email saying they did find it, but the magnet had scratches on it and they couldn't return my money!! I only used it on my forehead, so it was never used or around anything that would cause any scratches on it. So besides costing me the shipping of $14 to have it sent, plus the cost of the magnet of $60, it also cost me another $20 to return it to them. For $94, I got nothing!!
This is a scam company and I would advise everyone not to order from them. Not reputable at all!"

I contacted him via email, they do not provide any solution, and only one reply with something that is not important, then they never respond again. until now, I never received the goods, and they do not care.

"Ordered a bunch of magnets from them. They dont email you with a receipt, but ask you to save a copy of the page. Had me worried for a bit because I didnt save the page, but the magnets shipped quickly and in perfect condition. WWW.rare-earth-magnets.com is a another magnet seller, which has a wide variety of magnets but isnt as cheap as CMS."
