"They stole my money and will not return calls or emails. Do not give this company one penny. I ordered my seat six months ago. About 4 1/2 months ago they quit taking my calls and emails. I am out over $500 and I’m stuck with them.I would say be very cautious but that would not be putting it right you need to not deal with this company at all"
"My experience and coco bidet in my opinion, is from the "PIT OF HELL" They say we are very important to them , yet they never return my calls. My bidet started going crazy after 3 months. The water never would shut off, it would stop and hang up in the middle of the cycle the remote would work on and off at times (replaced the batteries several times) didn't make a difference. I would have to unplug the power cord every time I used it to get it to shut off and stop the water from running.
The couple of times that I was able to talk to them in the beginning their attitude indicated that I was a bother to them and my problems wasn't of interest to them.

"WARNING: Stay away from this company. I purchased a Coco bidet and after receiving the item and having it professionally installed by a plumber, I learned that the bidet was defective. After reaching out to the company multiple times, I did not hear any response. After doing some research, I learned that it is a 3 person company in Kansas that has an F grade on the BBB with multiple reviews in their site and among others. After disputing the charge with my AMEX , I finally received a response from the owner who was not only offensive on the phone but wanted me to ship the defective bidet back at my own expense and told me that he doesn’t accept returns on his products. Needless to say, I had never experienced anything like this."
"My first Coco bidet that I bought broke after two years. When I called to get the part replaced they told me they no longer sold the model and I would have to buy a new one. Because the part was the lid of the toilet seat I felt the need to buy a new one because it looked terrible not having a lid. Well, I bought a new one and they sent me the wrong color toilet seat even though I sent them pictures of my toilet and I told them the color of my toilet. seems like an honest mistake, however they refused to take the bidet back. Turns out they don't make beige anymore only white. The first bidet they sold me was beige the second one was white. obviously I cannot put a white bidet on a beige toilet. I was told by John (the owner) that he would not refund me for the seat and he even threatened a lawsuit against me if I wrote a poor review in my wifes magazine ( which we plan on writing). Stay far away from this company they will not think twice on screwing the customer. My mission in life is to tell everyone about my horrible experience with this company and I will not stop until they refund me for the bidet."

"I called to see which bidet would fit my toilet. The customer service rep was very friendly and advised that I had an elongated toilet. I ended up getting a COCO bidet which had every feature I was looking for at a price I was comfortable with. Highly recommend."
