"Ordered a CPAP head cover. Never had one before and had no idea what size to order and no guidance on the website. I figured I am a normal size guy so thought large would work. I got it and it was way too big. Thought I would just exchange for different size. Silly me! No exchanges! Not even on sizes items that one would not normally know what is normal. Unless you know exactly what to get and what the sizes are, don’t buy it. I could have just flushed $40 down the toilet. "

If they have these objects and sell them through Medicare they should what goes with what and how to find it. They told me that a man there knew exactly what it was and they still sent the wrong thing.!!!!!!!"
