"I ordered a swivel tube for my BI-PAP i used it for 2 days it broke on the 2nd day. this is very disappointing when i informed C-PAP.com they told me to report it to the manufacturer. I did not buy it from the manufacturer i thought it from C-PAP.com. It looked like i was going to lose the money i paid for the tube. I had to write and shamed them i really felt i got ripped off and i let them know. I got my refund.
I will never buy anything from C-PAP.com again.... "

"No question you have the right price and I have no hesitation to shop for my CPAP machine from you. But (a big BUT) the care you put into setting up the machine before shipping is zero.
Granted it is an auto CPAP and you just need the ramp up pressure and max pressure and the auto cpap does the job. BUT do you even know the product has features that you don't turn on and the customer cannot do by themselves? The auto start/stop feature is off by default, and the EPR exhale pressure relieve feature also.
To set these you need the clinical menu which is hidden. I find out how from youtube. But it can easily be set by you and the customer does not have to worry about it. Think an elderly person may not be able to do...
This is the second machine from CPAP.com that came without those featurea turned on. So I am sure you did not just forget to for the first machine.
