I purchased a Z1 and battery supply and opened the box plugged it in and horrible noise at mask. I called to return my $1300 purchase or exchange and they said there policy was once opened its yours. Never going to use them again and strongly suggest you don't either. Send the message that you only do business with a company that cares about the customer and not just a sale. Horrible experience "
