The credit card transaction went through with the sales rep entering the same information I entered online. I tripled checked my entries online, and I am sure I entered the infor correctly."

"The majority of my dealings with CPAP.com have been really good. However, on a recent order, I needed the assistance of their "Chat-line". At some point during the transaction, I very specifically asked, "Do I need to order headgear for this mask as a separate item?" The answer was, "No, the headgear is included." Yet, when I received my shipment (and it was VERY PROMPT!) there simply was no headgear! Alas, a mask is not very useful for a CPAP machine when that mask has no headgear. I telephoned the company and the very pleasant person on the other end of the line absolutely promised that the headgear would be shipped on the very next business day. OVERALL, I would really love to give CPAP.com FIVE STARS. However, this little "slip-up" prevents me from giving the very best rating. I do highly recommend CPAP.com and know that I have saved significant $$$$ by ordering from them rather than from a rather non-customer-oriented local supplier. Yeah, CPAP.com!!! You have great products and give "almost" perfect service.
