It is too bad that Medicare does not work with CPAP.com because it would be good to get insurance support. "My new CPAP machine arrived and I was anxious to use it as my existing machine had seen better days. Unfortunately my mask did not fit properly with the heated hose that came with my machine. I called cpap.com and they were a little stumped as the hose is suppose to fit all masks. I have a very standard mask. After taking pictures and emailing them to CPAP.com they ended up sending out an adapter at no charge for either the shipping and the part, and they got it to me the next day!"
