"I ordered a power supply for my Dell computer on Nov 26th, as of Dec 4th my order had not been shipped. I called they said they would "expedite" my order to a 2 day delivery, as of Dec 8th my order is in Miami Fl. 1200 miles away!
After writing this review, I received a phone call from custom service. Adam apologized and explained that the problem was just because of the Thanksgiving Holiday rush, he told me that he had verified that my order had been shipped. I will try CPU Medics again. "

I found CPU Medics website and compared prices to other online sites. CPU was very reasonable and the shipping costs were affordable. I got the hard drive a couple of days later (USPS)and the computer runs like new. "

"Lost a harddrive on a critical server and we were out of spare drives in that model so I ordered a replacement. Normally their processing time on orders is 2-3 days but I asked if they could expedite the order since I couldn't risk losing another drive. "I contacted customer support via email and Adam was super helpful in making sure I bought the correct cpu. I picked out a more expensive processor and he researched my computer specs to determine which cpu's were supported. I ended up having to buy a cheaper processor than I originally wanted and he saved me money in the long run. I will definitely use them again when the need arises. Their prices were very cheap!"
