"I have a Panasonic CF-29 that needed a new HDD. Unfortunately, 2.5" EIDE / PATA HDD's are all but non-existent. That is, until, I stumbled upon CPU Medics website. They have a large selection of EIDE HDD's to choose from and the prices were reasonable. I had the opportunity to correspond with Adam, an account manager, who was very knowledgeable and provided me with excellent customer service. "CPU Medics came through for me! I needed to replace two drives in a RAID from a fairly old server. The folks there tracked down the right drives and had them in my hands the next morning. The customer service was great. When the right drives were found, CPU Medics did not have them in stock. I guess this was because of the age of the drives. The rep worked out a direct shipment from the supplier directly to me.
