The part I originally wanted turned out to be incorrect, they asked me what machine I needed it for and just all right questions. in the end they helped me get the right part at a reasonable price. When I called Hewlett Packard they wanted almost triple the price . I will definently come back if I need another part.

"I ordered two Xeon processors (retail box) for 999 each. They called me back a few hours later and said they are out of stock (even though it showed in stock on the site). They said they can offer an engineering sample for 699 ... Then they told me the 999 CPUs were USED server pulls and not new. They said if I want new, it would be 1600+ dollars. This is a classic bait and switch. Do not do business with this company as they are less than honest and forthright. "

"I had problems with my CPU and ordered from CPU Medics. I received the same error after installing the part. After doing my research and working with their customer service, I have determined that I had problems with my motherboard. The company was very helpful in working with me in determining the root cause of the problem and provided quick email coordination. Thank you CPU Medics for your quick responses and helpful guidance via email. I wish the CPU would have fixed the problem, but I cannot fault CPU Medics on this as the problem ended up being my motherboard. The only problem I experience was it took a while to ship the CPU; other than that, it's all good."

“I apologize for the inconvenience. The order was placed on the 11-28-2012, the part was not available and cancelled on 11-29-2012. During this time, your card was never charged, only authorized. Therefore, any payment that was made, was never debited from your account, so there is no waiting for refund. As for the notification, automatic emails are sent out for order cancellations, they usually go to the spam folder considering they are automatic emails. We did try to help the customer with an alternate model CPU, but he was not interested.”
