"I worked on ordering for over a week. Researching components, making selections, etc. Got a system together, saved it. It crashed when I tried to add it to the cart the next day. Tried again, same thing. Tried a 3rd time, the video card I wanted was out of stock. Just made my 4th try. I had everything I wanted memorized and I was able to find a game PC that offered all the options I wanted. I got it ordered. Hopefully build and delivery will go smoothly. Bummed I didnt get the $200 savings for the Black Friday Special I started with on my first attempt"

"I have been looking for a computer that fits my particular needs, looked everywhere for something already done, and it does not exist, so I began talking to custom PC builders, only 1 out of 3 got back to me, and could not build what I wanted. Then while browsing Google to read about the Intel i9-14900K, I saw a listing for a computer that was REAL close to what I wanted, I went to the site "CPU SOLUTIONS", and found I could literally check the box and alter the machine they listed to include EVERY THING I NEEDED in a custom config for a very reasonable price. So I am now a customer, I hope they deliver, because so far they get the GOLDEN COWBELL AWARD for smooth transactions without a doubt!!!"

"These guys are responsive, but I can't say a nice thing other than that. I had a big headache with these guys because their return policy is really well written by a lawyer to protect their business, but leave the customer 100% responsible for things like shipping and restocking fees. You should read it and ask yourself if it addresses anything about situations where they screw up (hint: it doesn't). If these guys were highly competent and did a good job, this may not be an issue, but if you have any problems, your blood pressure will shoot up. Read their return policy, and run away."

"Every time I saved a shopping cart it was deleted after only a few minutes even if I continued shopping. Finally got the configuration I wanted to be saved long enough to start the payment process. Apple declined the charge but I was able to go to my wallet and approve it. However, when I attempted to pay again the web page refused to process the charge even after reloading the page. Just kept spinning around. Finally went to Paypal to finish the transaction but l gave up the cash back from Apple VISA. All in all a very frustrating buying experience,"
