"I have been buying from craftics for w while now and have not had any issues until a spoke with their secretary she is horrible. Does not know any prices and puts you on hold for everything. Really bad experience with her. Ask to speak to someone else. Other than that everything is ok."

"Ordering from that site was just a waste of time. They refused to ship my order because it did not meet their minimum of $50 in total even after the order went through online. But nowhere on the webpage it mentions that you need to buy at least $50. Why would the order transaction be accepted if it is going to be cancelled afterwards? This is not professional. Not recommended!!!"

"Craftics offers some unique products at reasonable prices. But if you want to order from them, I suggest phoning the order in instead of doing it online. They do not show stock status and shipping is expensive, so it's way too easy to get an item put on backorder and then you'll regret it. Plus they simply do not respond to email. But they do have a phone number and a ditsy secretary that can eventually answer your question or take an order."
