"So this company is an absolute scam. We bought a tumbler 4 months ago, and when it came time for the order to ship, the guy would not answer his phone or email and basically fell off the face of the earth. Finally after a month, he has a string of excuses for why this didn't ship out etc. etc. everyday with a new excuse. Eventually we had to ask for a refund since he could not deliver after 4 months, and now he keeps making excuses as to why the refund won't go through. Please to anybody reading this DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. Go purchase something similar from somewhere else, because this guy has no idea what he is doing and is scamming people."
